You learn two spells of your choice. These spells can come from the Cleric, Druid, or Wizard spell list or any combination thereof (see a class’s section for its spell list). A spell you choose must be a cantrip or a spell for which you have spell slots, as shown in the Bard Features table.
You always have the chosen spells prepared, and whenever you gain a Bard level, you can replace one of the spells with another spell that meets these requirements.
The final sentence here leads me to believe that a Bard with this ability is supposed to be able to choose any spell from these three lists upon subsequent level up, which does not appear to be the case on the current character creator, who still only gets bard spells.
However, this could also be read that upon leveling up, you simply only get to swap out the two spells you learned from this ability, in which case this all seems correct. I am mostly asking for a rules as written vs intended interpretation for how DnDBeyond handles things. Thank you!
Your second interpretation is the correct one. It doesn't fully move the level 10 magical secrets up to level 6, it's just 2 spells like how the old Lore Bard worked.
Hello! Not 100% sure if this is how things are supposed to work, but my understanding of the 2024 rules with Magical Discoveries/Secrets, contains the following line of text:

Awesome, thank you! Such a weirdly worded issue
Not sure how to mark this as resolved, but it is resolved!
I agree, I assumed that the new Lore Bard would just get the lvl 10 feature earlier, the fact that they work differently seems like an odd choice.
