At Paladin level 2 you are given the option of Blessed Warrior or Fighting Style.
Upon selecting Fighting Style you are prompted with "You gain a Fighting Style feat of your choice.", but no drop down menu is available to select the Feat.
Two Weapon Fighting Style still not showing up for Paladin.
Are you using the 2014 or 2024 version of the Paladin class?
Two-Weapon Fighting is not one of the options available to the Paladin under 2014 rules, so if you're using the 2014 version of the class, it won't appear in the list. The options listed for Paladins in the 2014 Player's Handbook are Defense, Dueling, Great Weapon Fighting, and Protection. Tasha's Cauldron of Everything adds Blessed Warrior, Blind Fighting, and Interception. However, Two-Weapon Fighting is not on either list.

2024, which is why it’s so odd.
I could've sworn this was working for me the other day, but yeah, now I don't see it in the list for a 2024 paladin either. Sounds like a bug.
Might get more official notice if you post it as a new thread, since this thread was originally about a different issue that was subsequently resolved.
Same, it's 2025, what I am missing? We can't select protection fighting style?
This is likely a different issue than what this thread was originally about, but it appears that the fighting style feats have been miscategorized as Homebrew in the list. If you enable Homebrew on the Home tab, the option to select a fighting style feat shows up again. This is very weird and definitely a bug.

I definitely have Homebrew selected as an option, and am still experiencing issues. I had previously had Dueling selected as my fighting style, but just now I clicked on Blessed Warrior to remind myself what that option even was. When I tried to choose the Dueling Fighting Style feat again afterward, it just wasn't available as an option at all. Only options available were Archery, Defense, Great Weapon,Two-Weapon.

This doesn't sound like it's related to any of the issues in this thread. It sounds like what has happened is that when you created this character, you had access to the 2024 Player's Handbook, but now you don't, so you're only seeing options from the free Basic Rules product.
When you have an existing character that's using character options from a particular source, and you lose access to that source, what happens is that those options stay active on that character, but if you change away from them, you can't change back. This sounds like what you're experiencing.
This could have happened for a variety of reasons, including:
You made the character in a campaign where the content was being shared, but then you left that campaign
The character you're looking at was made by copying a character in a campaign where the content was being shared, but the copy isn't in that campaign
The person who turned on content sharing for the campaign where you made the character turned it off, left the campaign, or let their subscription lapse

It is also the same with Ranger.
Any news on this when this is going to get fixed?
Also experiencing this lack of style around fighting style :) but sure it will be fixed soon?
Having the same issue here. Hope that's going to be fixed soon. Especially since we're past early access now...
seeing the same here - for now since we are only level 3 in our campaign my DM and I added the feat manually.
I also see this issue.
