[BUG] Impossible to choose Ability Score Increase in Homebrew Background

Here is how I fixed this issue:

I created this homebrew feat: Background Ability Bonus +2/+1  

If you add this as a second granted feat for your custom background, it should let you pick the bonuses you want.

I will also create one for +1/+1/+1:  Background Ability Bonus +1/+1/+1

Does this not offer both the Feat bonus, and then later the default bonuses?  So a user would get two ability improvements?
