There are four official subclasses in the 2024 Player's Handbook. There are a total of nine official ones that were released prior to the 2024 updates. (Your list is missing The Undead and has The Lurker in the Deep, which was a working title for The Fathomless, but is otherwise correct.) All of these can be found using the search feature on D&D Beyond if you just type in the name.
Maybe you're looking at the 2024 Warlock class page, which only shows the ones from the 2024 Player's Handbook. The others (and the old versions of those four) can be found on the class page for the 2014 Warlock class, or in the books they were published in.
Is problem with Origin Feat really fixed? If I understand correctly, according to the Player's Handbook I can choose one Origin Feat because of my Eldritch Invocation (I want Lucky), but in Character Creator I have different options:
Alert
Magic Initiate (Cleric)
Magic Initiate (Druid)
Magic Initiate (Wizard)
Savage Attacker
Skilled
Another thing is, I should be able to pick Skilled Feat because of Noble background, and I cannot do it anywhere, except when I chose Origin Feat (above).
Additionally, "Lessons of the First Ones" is buggy, once I pick it, it duplicates on the list (up to three times, none works as it should).

The Origin Feat options you've listed are the ones that are available in the free Basic Rules product. If you want access to the other ones, you'll need to own (or have access to via content sharing) the 2024 Player's Handbook where they appear.
The Noble background provides the Skilled feat automatically; you don't need to pick it. However, if you don't have the 2024 Player's Handbook, you won't have access to the Noble background. You may have selected the older, 2014 version of the Noble background, which doesn't provide a feat.
