There seems to be many issues here, so I'm just gonna start listing things as they've come up:
You can add Thirsting Blade without having to have Pact of the Blade. Lifedrinker doesn't come up as a choice. Devouring Blade doesn't come up as a choice. Investment of the Chain Master doesn't show up, even if you're above level 5 don't have Pact of the Chain. Gift of the Protectors doesn't show up, even if you're above level 9 and have Pact of the Tome. None of the 4 repeatable Invocations (Agonizing Blast, Eldritch Spear, Lessons of the First Ones, and Repelling Blast) can actually be chosen more than once. Eldritch Smite doesn't come up as a choice.
So far, that's what I've noticed.
Bonus Note (not sure if bug or intended): The feat "Eldritch Invocation" will only give you the options for the 2014 Warlock, even if you are playing the 2024 Warlock, and it doesn't count you as putting levels into "Warlock" for the feat, so you can only get the base invocations no matter what level you could obtain the feat.
In addition I'm also not getting the options to select the feature for Agonizing Blast, Eldritch Spear, Lessons of the First Ones, and Repelling Blast. Plus Agonizing Blast defaults to Eldritch Blast, even when it's not in my spell list.
I noticed that we also don't get access to Eldritch Invocations from other sourcebooks we have purchased (Xanathar's, Tasha's). We can access subclasses from these purchased sourcebooks with the new 2024 Warlock class but not the invocations. I hope that wasn't intentional.

While not confirmed to my knowledge one way or the other, I suspect that IS intentional. Just as you can't take the optional Instinctive Pounce on a 2024 Barbarian or Focused Aim on a 2024 Monk, and just as the Fighter's additional maneuvers are for the 2014 Fighter, the Tasha's Invocations belong to the 2014 Warlock.
The invocations from Tasha's aren't optional features though, so if you have expanded rules and legacy content enabled, I think they are supposed to show up as options.

That only hurts the case for including them more. If they aren't optional features, that only solidifies that they belong to the 2014 Warlock class, which the 2024 Warlock class doesn't get to take its features from.
I understand what you are saying now. Yes it makes s nse. That said, there are invocations missing, including at least one that was in Tasha's but were updated and added to 2025. Thinking specifically of Investment. Wasn't in the list when I was rebuilding my warlock.

Those, specifically, are a known bug in the main thread. Just one on the pile of issues.
This is a known issue. There's a singular issue stretching across all classes, feats, and class features with prerequisites that have the same name but slightly different effects in the 2024/2014 versions never being counted as being met, due to a configuration mistake.
I actually spent all morning trying to figure out why Thirsting Blade worked because according to the current theory of the bug it should be broken, but you finding out that you can add it without pact of the blade actually explains that issue.
Kinda crazy how many things are slipping through the cracks and being sent straight to live. Maybe some have expected this, but this feels so unpolished, it's kinda nuts.
Fortunately it isn't "live", we are paying them for the privilege of beta testing the new content, live is supposed to be September 17th.
I do feel that they didn't properly advertise the beta testing nature of this bonus for those of us that subscribed and pre-ordered, but I have fallen for this "early access" thing before in video games and suspected it would be the same here.
The issues are worse and more numerous than I expected, Warlock is the worst one I know of, but Bard is pretty bad with magical secrets being completely non functional, Rangers and Paladins can't get fighting styles.
I was hoping we would see rolling patches throughout the week but it seems like we might be getting everything in one or if we're lucky 2 patches at or before go live.

I honestly wonder how much of this is a last minute shift in code to make allowances for having all legacy content options available. Granted some of this shouldn't have been linked/affected but at the same time- that's a lot of code change in short order to accommodate. There were almost certainly unintended consequences.
I was able to get LifeDrinker only after choosing Pact of the Blade invocation. Also, Thirsting Blade is an option only if you choose Pact of the Blade Invocation. Devouring Blade needs Pact of the Blade Invocation + Thirsting Blade + being Lv 12.
Pact of the Chain Invocation gives you Investment of the Chain Master once you hit 5.
Pact of the Tomb Invocation gives you Gift of the Protectors
The invocations are VERY important to getting what you need now. It's not from choosing your subclass.
What I wasn't able to do is pick the Origin Feat if I selected Lessens of the First Ones. There was no drop down menu for it.
Also here, confused because the Xanathar's Guide invocations (specifically, cloak of flies) is inaccessible. Perhaps, as speculated here, due to the "5 levels in warlock" requirement not necessarily being satisfied.
Would be good to get the invocations (that aren't already brought forward) updated to be compatible with the revised classes!
It's september 24th now. Definitely not beta test. Been looking at things through a friend's campaign where the 2024 books are shared.
Agonising blast still defaults to Eldritch Blast when it isn't even in your list. There's no drop down to choose to apply it to another cantrip. The other invocations affecting cantrips also don't show a drop down menu. Ditto for the invocation that should let you choose an origin feat.
None of the invocations that one should be able to take more than once show up after you take them once too.

So much for beta testing.
Welcome to Warlock Invocations. We always got the short end of the developer stick at DnDBeyond even before WOTC bought it. Website has been up for 7+ years and we still cannot even homebrew an invocation.

Following. Thanks for articulating this. Experiencing the same.

Weak argument.
How much would you like to bet none of it is fixed on the 17th either?
Do better WOTC
If that is the case, then why can the 2024 Warlock class take the Fathomless subclass, also from Tasha's?

Subclasses are their own entity and are explicitly moved forward. Subclasses are separate from class features. Not hard to figure out.
