There still issues, for sure. I was looking at making a warlock to actually use as a minor villain in my campaign. However, even at 1st level the Eldritch Invocations are just plain out of whack. The problems I'm seeing are that the list of available invocations shows the following:
Armor of Shadows
Eldritch Mind
Pact of the Blade
Pact of the Chain
Pact of the Tome
And that's it. None of the other eligible invocations, and why are there Pacts in the list at all?

No other invocations are eligible at 1st level in the new Warlock, and the Pacts were rolled into the invocations for simplicity. Increase to level 2 and you get 9 more options, 8 more at level 5, and a few more at higher levels. You also get more invocations overall.
And if you still think that's wrong, go back and select old Warlock instead, you can still use that as you always have. Your problem in this instance is actually that you didn't pay attention.
Ok, wow. Understatement on your part. If you had actually gone so far as to have called me a "dumbass", I could not have disagreed. Maybe next time I'll, you know, READ THE RULES FIRST before opening my piehole.
Now that I have actually read said rules, I do have a question. Since Pacts are now considered Invocations, is it the intention that a Warlock can have more than one Pact? I've been through the rules at this point and can't actually find an answer. There is no specific mention of multiple pacts, either for or against, at least in the Warlock class description.

You can have multiple Pact BOONS to be clear, not multiple pacts with patrons. And yes, multiple Boons was intentional as highlighted by J.Crawford in the Warlock reveal video posted before the book dropped. It's nice cause you can be the true pseudo-wizard replacement in your party by combining Pact of the Tome and Pact of the Chain to be the ultimate utility party member or you can take pact of the blade and then pick up all the melee cantrips with pact of the tome. Or you can take pact of the blade and always have flanking bonuses from your invisible familiar harassing the same melee target. Lots of possibilities.
It's september 24th now. Definitely not beta test. Been looking at things through a friend's campaign where the 2024 books are shared.
Agonising blast still defaults to Eldritch Blast when it isn't even in your list. There's no drop down to choose to apply it to another cantrip. The other invocations affecting cantrips also don't show a drop down menu. Ditto for the invocation that should let you choose an origin feat.
None of the invocations that one should be able to take more than once show up after you take them once too.
So much for beta testing.
Welcome to Warlock Invocations. We always got the short end of the developer stick at DnDBeyond even before WOTC bought it. Website has been up for 7+ years and we still cannot even homebrew an invocation.
Have we been given a reason for not having the ability to homebrew Eldritch Invocations?

I don’t believe so. I’m not even sure if they have acknowledged the deficiency.
Unfortunately can confirm as of Sunday, January 5th, 2025 there is still no fix to the repeatable invocations nor the ability to see legacy invocations that are backwards compatible.
It's crazy that they haven't bothered to fix the new agonizing blast, when the cleric's potent spellcasting has been working just fine for years. Even the arcana cleric's cantrips from the wizard list are correctly recognized as cleric spells.
Just checked. How is it possible that this is still broken? It makes it impossible to play a Warlock that uses other attack cantrips other than Eldritch Blast.
It’s literally the only thing I want at this point, is the fix. Give my my full baby. I am having to rely on pen and paper at this point for my 2024 warlock, which defeats the purpose of the platform at that point. Please fix!

Ridiculous that even Agonizing Blast is not working yet. Not like they had 2 years to get this right /s

Right, Pact Boons is what I meant.

Ok, what's their excuse now?
This shit is still broken and it's November. still no choice on which cantrip for agonizing blast

If they haven’t fixed it by now, I don’t know how much longer it will take. I guess that means I’m playing bard.
Are you really sure about that?
Just noticed it myself that the only option you can take is Eldritch Blast and cannot apply it to any other cantrips.
I was looking forward to playing a Celetial Warlock that uses True Strike on a bow instead of Eldritch Blast.
