I have the PHB purchased on my account, but for some reason when making a PC and choosing a Tool Proficiency in their Custom Background, every "kit" is available to me to be proficient with except the Herbalism kit? Wondering if this is a bug or maybe I am missing something?

I have the PHB purchased on my account, but for some reason when making a PC and choosing a Tool Proficiency in their Custom Background, every "kit" is available to me to be proficient with except the Herbalism kit? Wondering if this is a bug or maybe I am missing something?

The proficiency in Herbalist kit won't appear if you already have it from a class feature or race trait.
