What I was implying is that if you do a charge back, Wizards is completely in there rights to ban you from their platform. Thus you would have nothing.

They went and reverted the charge to $67.47 and canceled my PHB2024 order. This amount makes no sense. I need someone from Wizards to figure out what is going on here and get everything corrected but no one from their team is responding to me and I am at my wits end here. The PHB has been released for a while now and I am without because of all this. I have never had worse customer support.

It's a privately owned website. They can ban you for any reason or no reason.
They shouldn't, and a week ago I would have told you they wouldn't, but now I don't know.
I have mystery charge on my account from Wizards for $40.83. It appears to be a pre-auth charge. Possible for the DMG? But that's not supposed to drop until Nov 12.
I had some small hope that whoever was in charge of this rollout had learned anything whatsoever, but it looks like they just decided to double down on creating a bad experience for customers who came to them loyal and willing to spend a lot of money.
I am at the point where I am about to start individually contacting senior leadership. Poor Sam in customer support does not deserve to hear how mad I am at the company.

I am in the exact same boat. It is so frustrating.
There's always OD&D, AD&D, B/X, 2e, 3.5, 4, 5 -- and other TTRPGs as well.
Still no response to my ticket entered on September 13.

You can check your Liscenses.

When you look at your orders on the order page, select filters and show orders for longer than the last 3 months.
By default, that's what appears on your orders page. Most of us ordered the bundles in June, that's why most of us are no longer seeing them there.
