I pre-ordered the digital and physical bundle of all of the 2024 books when it was made available, and I've been receiving the digital perks as they were released.
This morning I got two emails. My payment info is up to date. Can someone please look into this for me and tell me if this is a mistake, or what? Do I need to order the bundle again? Am I going to lose the discount and perks? Is part of the bundle canceled? Is the whole bundle canceled? Please advise.
Is it me or is there no customer support link for asking about marketplace issues?
I know the digital part ($67.47) of the digital/physical bundle was charged right away to my paypal account back on June 18th. So I know I got that part my bundle, but when I look at my order history on here the physical PHB is cancelled with the rest of the bundle in process. If I re-order the physical book I won't get the bundle discount that I was originally going for.
Thank God it's not just me. I have been scrambling to make sure my credit card didn't get stolen and cancelled all morning, and the phone number linked for customer service from PayPal goes to an out-of-service Curse Gaming number in Alabama.
I similarly used Paypal. My guess is that they don't have a way to bill Paypal for separate payments or paypal is rejecting this type of activity. Because their billing is automated they now have a big mess that will need to be handled email by email. But I am just speculating. Fundamentally they didn't set up the order correctly.

Yeah.... Honestly even when I first bought the bundle I was like “why does this show up as 6 separate items in my shopping cart? Why isn't the bundle a single item that I can actually see the discount on?”
I think Curse Gaming was the previous owner of dndbeyond before WOTC bought them.
Yeah they need to update or remove that phone number then because it's out of service and if you try to use PayPal as your entry point for resolving the issue, you're going to hit a dead end
Having the same issue and also used Paypal. I've never had a similar problem with any previous purchases and the amount authorized was for the full physical & digital bundle. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
Welp, I can throw my hat into this ring. Paid PayPal, received the email of cancellation. I've sent a support ticket.
I'm sorry for y'all's misery, but I am so happy that it appears nothing's wrong on my end. I spent quite a bit of time researching PayPal and my credit charges searching for the cause of the issue. XD
Don’t remember if I used PayPal or what but my order was canceled as well. They didn’t seem to have any problems accepting my money for other books since then.
Well, I got the same message. The Digital stuff came through back on Sept 3 but I got an email saying the payment for my physical order was cancelled but it is the same payment. Also Hero Tier subscriber and I thought it says the digital updates for actually building a character would be available today at 10:30AM Eastern time. My license are to do date but I still only show the BASIC rules being available. Honestly this whole thing has been kind of a debacle.
At this point since I have the Digital I will just get the physical from Amazon if my local game shop doesn't have them in stock anymore. Also, they should have just given everyone access to the same digital suite as long as they are a prescriber. Pre-order does not seem worth it

Same here. You aren't the only one.
OK. So, it's not just me then.
Same thing happened to me.
I've played every edition since 1980.
I’m old. 😂

Also ran into this issue with PayPal as the payment type.

Happened to me as well. Anyone know who to contact?
Also a PayPal user with this issue
You can submit a support request through their email form: https://dndbeyond-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . Choose D&D Beyond Help from the drop-down, and Marketplace Order Issue will be one of the options it gives you.
Never a dull moment, I guess. =/
I received the same email and paid via PayPal. I submitted a ticket to them just now via the link at https://dndbeyond-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/7747193496980-Common-Billing-Issues.
I used PayPal too.
Some response here would be appreciated.

Let's hope it gets resolved favourably.
