I bought the 2024 PHB on preorder and it downloaded onto dnd beyond today. I get all of the classes, but only the core rules for species, subclass and background. What can I do to get what I paid for?
I haven't gotten my 2024 PHB unlocked either. I did the bundle with physical and digital. Do I get a code with the physical delivery or should it already be unlocked?

Try checking your entitlements. (user menu->account->licenses)
