I can't use PayPal so I guess I just...cannot buy the 2024 PHB on Dndbeyond? Has anyone from outside the USA found a work around for this yet? Or has there been any communication on fixing it?
Thanks for sharing. I had tried that, and it didn't work earlier, but I just managed to make the purchase go through.
What I did was enter a US shipping address that I have + accessed the marketplace via a VPN that made it appear as though I were in NYC.
For whatever reason, that was what did it. I was able to complete the transaction.
If anyone tries this and manages to complete the purchase, make sure you go to your DND Beyond profile and enable sync under the "Licenses" tab. Had to do that before I could access the content.
What a mess, but we made it. Looking forward to reading the book now.
This happens no matter what digital product you are trying to buy outside the US... didn't used to be an issue, but seems now it will not process with a Canadian address. It drops the province off my billing information and claims invalid no matter how many times I edit/try work arounds/etc.

The latest was the new Players handbook and suddenly I am not allowed to buy the digital version of the Dungeon MAsters Guide? First I thought it is a bug. Because The WIzard website has only the Hardcover+digital combinations. What am I missing? Do they not want my money? DO they try to force me to buy the combi pack?
This seems to be a pretty unfortunate bug. No reply from my inquiry to DnD Beyond, but I did try something that others have mentioned in another thread.
After having selected my purchase and entering the 'cart', in STEP ONE: SHIPPING, I clicked on "update address" and noticed that, despite most of my address (pre-filled from my account) being correct, the province/state field was blank. I entered my province, clicked 'payment' and proceeded. I may have had to do this twice, but in the end it did work.
I was having the same issue. Saw my saved address, assumed all would be well. Kept getting the same error as everyone else. If you go into "update address", when you click the listed address that's saved there, you may find some information missing. For whatever reason in my case my province got removed (Canada based player, here). Fix/update your info and it should work fine.

Trying to buy the DMG 2024 and have the same problem. Only lists US as the country to ship to. No option for Canada.

I'm having the same problem buying the digital PHB in Canada. Province disappears and it says some fields are invalid.
I am having the same problem with the purchase process, it wants us to go to the wizards site to buy it but they do not have just the digital version.

Canadian same issue here, almost January.
Check your address to make sure all required fields are provided.

I had the same issue and I tweaked my address and it worked well after that.
This doesn't work now. You have to completely delete your stored address and start over if you want to buy something now.
