Hey, I recently purchased Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse for physical and digital.
I've not received a code to download it via email (and just realised I've never received any emails from dndbeyond...) which seems to be the only way to unlock the digital version.
I've dived into the back end of the transaction within my account and I can't find a way to actually unlock the book.
Can someone take pity on a new GM & new dnd beyond user and help me make this work? I'm meant to be helping my players make characters on Sunday, and didn't envision this being so hard.
If you did, there's no code, it just unlocks automatically. Check if you can read and use the book. If you can't, check your entitlements (user menu->account->licenses)
(Also, check your orders in the Marketplace to make sure it went through.)
If you ordered from WotC's site because you aren't in the US, check your spam traps.
If none of the above help, you're going to need to contact support, who are understaffed and currently absurdly backed up.
I did buy them on D&D beyond, can confirm the license is there, however, when I go to races for my characters, I don't have access to the "new" races, just the free core classes which is really frustrating.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much for your response.

Am I missing something?
Can you read the book? (Admittedly, if it's being shared with you in some game, this doesn't help.)
Is the Extended Rules toggle on in the builder? You don't get anything outside the core three books without it.
(Also, a couple of them will need the legacy toggle as well.)
THANK YOU! I toggled those on and it's there now. Gosh, now I feel dumb!
Thanks so much for taking the time
No reason to feel dumb.
It's not like they explain what the bloody toggle does anywhere.
Haha! Aint that the truth!
The system is so good, but there are some odd flaws tbh
