I opened a support ticket 32 days ago and received a bulk message a few days later but since then I haven't had a response, there has been "activity" on the thread but nothing has been posted and my issue has not been resolved or closed. Is there something wrong with support or my ticket?
Still no response, the ticket says its assigned to "Support Agent" which i think might be the automated message bot, would this prevent another agent from seeing it?
