I am not sure if it is a bug or it is intentional: dndbeyond shows that prerequisites are not met for elven accuracy if I chose elf from the new Core rules content. It is permitted if I chose half-elf from the extended rules. Do other people see the same problem? Thank you for your time.

Looks like a bug. You can turn off feat prerequisites in general on the Home tab of the character builder, which will get around it for now.
I cannot seem to find elven accuracy as an option when choosing feats. it is not in the core rules, expanded, legacy or homebrew lists. Is anyone else experiencing this?
My character; A Drow Elf (2024 Rules), Fighter 1 / Warlock 4. I toggled Use Feat Prerequisites to Off on the settings panel under Feats on the character sheet. Only by scrolling all the way down to the bottom to the 'Unavailable Feats' section did I then find Elven Accuracy.
Here's what it listed as being missing; Missing: Elf (Legacy) or Half-Elf (Legacy) or Eladrin or Sea Elf or Shadar-kai or Astral Elf.
So it looks like they haven't updated it so that ANY of the Elven species from the 2024 rules can be used with this Legacy feat. Legacy Elves; all still work fine with it.
I admittedly own the digital versions of PHB 2024, XGtE, TCoE. Elven accuracy is available and selectable for me when I created a test character using a 2024 wood elf for species. Not sure if IP ownership for individual user is a factor.
Great to see that bug fixes have apparently become a higher priority again! Any chance of getting some sort of patch notes so that we know what has been addressed without checking a bunch of threads individually?
That’s great to hear! Is that the case for the other species-specific feats as well?
All the XGTE feats should now work as expected. (With the minor caveat that the ones intended for the elf subraces now appear for all elves; there isn’t currently a way to limit them further given the new elf setup.)
Any chance the Half-Orc feat Orcish Fury could be made available to the new Orc species? It interacts with the "Relentless Endurance" feature that both the old Half-Orc and the new Orc have.
Older orcs also had it, though, and they didn’t qualify for the feat either. Disabling “Feat Prerequisites” for your character will let you add any feat you like anyway, though.

Thank you!

Yeah, I can't either.
If you read back in this thread you’ll find the explanation and a workaround.

Turned off the feat prerequisites and it is still not there. Do you think you need to also have purchased Xanathar's guide to everything as well?
If you haven’t purchased it yourself, you’d need to have your character assigned to a campaign where it’s being shared with you.
You also need Expanded Rules enabled for that character.

Nah, the issue was recently fixed. It should now work as expected for everyone who has access to that feat.

I wish! I‘m not sure I’ve even got a full list myself. I only find out if/when they respond to an issue I’ve personally reported.
