The 2024 Player's Handbook indicates that Unseen Servant can be cast as an Action or Ritual. In the character builder for my warlock, though, Unseen Servant is only showing up as an action - it doesn't have the ritual tag. I'm guessing this is a mistake? I didn't see anything about it in the errata.
A little late, but I am having the same problem. When a “learn” the spell, it removes the ritual tag from the spell.
I haven’t found any specific ruling yet, however, I think warlocks are similar to wizards, in which case you can cast ritual spells, even if they are not prepared.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
This is not correct. The ability to ritual-cast spells that aren't prepared is exclusively a Wizard feature. Warlocks do not have such a feature.
