I have now received a second email that my order has been cancelled due to payment issue with a compromised card that I have had a service ticket in for a month now and no one is responding. This issue should have been an easy fix if someone was answering support requests. What is going on and when will someone reach out to me about this issue?

You wont get answers to tickets. They seem to just do something you didn't ask for and then close the ticket
