I was charged for the DMG 2024 today to my credit card - I see the successful transaction. Then 1 hour later my order is cancelled due to failure to process payment. I still see the successful charge on my card? What is going on? Am I getting the DMG 2024 physically book? I go into my digital library and it shows the DMG 2024 is “in your library” although not yet enabled to view until next week.
I am having almost the same exact problem. Paid for digital physical bundle 6/20. Got both PHB’s, got digital DMG last week.
today, was charged almost 40 bucks while getting an email that said charge did not go through AND order was cancelled.
i am confident that this will get fixed, but worried about how long it will take and if I will get my physical book from my original purchase over 4 months ago.
I also had the problem. Tracking still shows the DMG in route, and I can still view the digital DMG. I know the payment information is correct and up to date.
Of note, the original email telling me that my order was shipped came from orders@dndbeyond.com.
The two emails stating that payment failed and that my order was canceled came from test@dndbeyond.com.
I'm hoping this means that it was just some system glitch.
Same issue. Add to that, I just got a SECOND email with the cancellation claim? And earlier today I got the same credit card update noting that the charge has been made, so....seriously, wtf is going on here? Am I getting my book or am I getting a refund? And what's happening to my digital access which I've had for a bit now?
Same here, pre-order of the bundle, got the phb no problem, got tracking number yesterday then cancellation today and 2 pending transactions to my credit card for it...
But just checked the tracking and FedEx says they have the package?
Same situation for me. I hope it's just some backend processing issue that didn't have any real impact, and they'll get it all straightened out. I tried looking for a way to open a support ticket about this, but I can't find any appropriate place for that.

I have a new theory; maybe the orders got processed a second time, hence the lack of a discount on the $40 charge, and they cancelled the accidental order, so we don't get double charged. That's what I'm hoping for at least, it would renew my faith in them a little bit.

Same exact thing here, I still have access to digital book but email says my order ws cancelled and payment is still showing on card as pending.
