Big concern for me as well, i opened a ticket yesterday but have heard nothing. In my order history for the Core Rulebooks package it shows Digital DMG as delivered (it was) and physical DMG as CANCELLED! - which it wasn't, so there is no tracking number or anything.
WOTC needs to address this, b/c they've had my payment since June, I expect the physical copy
