I'm creating a Bard lvl 7 (so I have 1 spell slot lvl 4), but in the magical discoveries I can't select Aura of Vitality (I see Aura of Life but that's it).
I bought the PHB, so it should be there.
I also activated the optional feature in the home page, and I see people telling to go in the Optional Feature Manager to turn option features on, but I'm not creating a Cleric, but a Bard, so I don't see anything in the manager, just:
"You currently have no available optional class features for this class"
How do I do ?

I think what's happened here is that you've selected the 2024 version of the Bard class, but you don't own the 2024 PHB. This means you can't use the 2024 version of the College of Valor subclass, nor do you have access to the updated 2024 version of the Aura of Vitality spell.
If you turn on "2014 Core Rules" in the Home tab of the character builder, then select the 2014 version of the Bard class on the Class tab (you may need to scroll down a bit) you should see all the options you're looking for.
Also note that the way Magical Secrets works has changed in the 2024 version. It now allows access only to the Cleric, Druid, and Wizard spell lists; a spell like Aura of Vitality that's only on the Paladin list won't be accessible to a Bard via this feature anymore. It should still work in the 2014 version, though.
