UPDATE: I think I've resolved this. I could have sworn I had cleared the cache browser-wide, but maybe I just did it for the current page. In any event, I tried loading the page and rolling the same dice in an incognito window, and it worked fine. Things were screaming image cache at me, so I tried a full cache clear again (or for the first time, if I indeed messed up before) and lo and behold, it's now working, rolling all my dice normally. Sorry for the false alarm; I think this can be marked as resolved.
ORIGINAL POST: When I attempt to roll a die on a character sheet (either by clicking on an skill/attack/etc. or on the general die roller) I get no roll. Nothing happens at all. If I attempt to roll stats in the character generator, I get an unending "rolling" indicator. Currently I get no results from any roll attempt. I popped open the Chrome Dev Tools (Elements view) and noticed 400 errors on the GETs for the die images- for example:
This started yesterday evening, while I was in the process of making several characters. I had made several before the problem started, and now it applies to any roll I attempt in the character builder with the set of dice indicated in the URL above (warduke set). In addition, that set gave me errors for all the dice except the d4. I got a single error on the d100 URL for the Old School set, which still prevented any die rolling. While writing this, I decided to try a few other dice sets to see if it it was a problem across all sets, and found the Basic Black (white numbers on black die variant) had no errors, and I was able to roll the dice with that set.
I'll be happy to replicate the problem and try other things if it helps.
FYI- to try it for just DDB (or whatever page you are on) you can open the Dev Tools (f12) and then right click the refresh button next to the url. Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" and it should clear the Cache and reload the page. However, this doesn't always do the trick for every website, and I find I need to do a full browser cache clear on DDB most of the time. Also, while I use this in my job regularly, I am not a dev, and I do not guarantee messing around in Dev Tools won't mess something up. Also, this is for Chrome and Edge- haven't done this much outside of the browsers I use at work.

This has happened to me too.
Where do you go to 'clear cache' in DDB?
+ + + + +
UPDATE: Nevermind. Did a computer wide 'clear cache' and now it works.
First time DICE happened; though I have had icon/images for character sheets 'disapper' periodically... which is when I do a clear.
*sighs* Technology.
