In the character creator, when creating a new character and having Expanded Rules on the Home tab as the only additional source selected, when the character gets access to General Feats, one of the feats available from the expanded rules is Eldritch Adept. Eldritch Adept should allow the selection of any Warlock invocation, so long as you meet the pre-requisites. In the 2024 rules, Pact of the Blade, Pact of the Chain, and Pact of the Tome are all Warlock invocations without prerequisites, and therefore should be available to select. The only options available, however, are shown below:
Since the list stops at Misty Visions, you might think you could scroll down - but you'd be wrong. And just to be sure, I opened dev tools and saw the list of options in json format and confirmed the Pact of the <Blank> options were not there:
In fact a lot of the options available in the character creator for me should not be because they have a prerequisit of level 2+ warlock (eg misty visions)

Pay attention to any of the dozen or so threads connected to this and the answer is clear.
The feat was built with the 2014 version of Warlock in mind. It has not been updated. We've received no word of whether or not it will be updated.
