2014 PHB Rules don't appear even when option is turned on

I'm trying to build a character for my campaign that is using the 2014 rules, but some of the options aren't showing up.  Specifically, I'm creating a paladin with the 'Oath of Vengeance' but even though I have the 2014 rules toggled on, it's not showing up.

Ugh......that's not confusing at all....... Thank you.  I wish at a campaign level you could turn off the 2024 content, because i'm not planning to introduce any of those rules into my campaign for a while, especially since some of the books (monster manual) aren't out, nor have I had a chance to read the new DMG.
