Character not showing up on list of options when joining a campaign

I have a character built and have been invited to a campaign. But that character doesn't show up as an option under My Characters on the Join a Campaign screen.

I have the character set as Public. Is there another setting I'm missing?

Nope, it's not assigned to anything. But even if it was, it should show up without being selectable. This one just doesn't show up at all.
