I can verify my card works for purchases through this site, but D&D Beyond fails to let me use my saved card every single time. I have to do "add new card" at time of purchase and I enter in the exact same information as my saved card for it to work. I do not understand what the issue is. Has anyone experienced this and/or know what the issue is?
Same issue here. Tried multiple times to reenter my payment information as a saved card under my account, and can confirm the card works. Entering the information manually did the trick.
The payment you submitted is not valid. Please re-enter payment information.
Out Dndbeyond, my saved card normally works...

Support does not work through the forums. All we can recommend is contacting your bank first and then double checking that everything has been entered accurately, such as ensuring the right number of spaces or the difference between Street, St., and St along with checking that the fields are all filled and proper.

Sorry to say but that's not the case, I have had the same billing address and payment address since i started using dndbeyond to pay for of the books and just recently this year it also start showing me this error, and i can tell ya that i haven't moved from where i live or changed my info for the payment since the first time i pay for my 1st book on the website, something is definitely not work and i don't think its from my bank since I just contacted them and we check that all info that was put in has not changed and its correct.

I've had this same issue with my last two purchases. I even deleted and reentered my saved card ,still got the issue .
Only way to make a purchase is to enter card info every time manually.
Encountering this for the first time. Any response from an Admin or Support would be great.
I've had this issue for a while now. I've resorted to using PayPal for checkout for all my purchases. Quite annoying

You will need to contact support as moderators can't even get near the payment system, but I'll see if I can flag this up.

Customer service is the answer. There does not appear to be anything on our end causing it.
