My account has no Discord connection. I've checked on this site and on Discord. However DDB thinks my discord account is still tied to an account somewhere despite there being no connection. Where can I go to get an actual support human to assist? I have no idea what other account it would be tied to.
You may have tried to log in with Discord by mistake at some point, and ended up creating a second DDB account.
One thing you could do is just try to log in with Discord, and see where it takes you. If it's an unused account, you can delete it and free up the discord login to link to your real account. (Probably. I don't actually know how the system behaves around deleted accounts; it's possible the discord account would remain marked as used.)
You can try running !ddb-debug in Avrae to get the username of the linked DDB account. You'd then need to sign in to that account to remove the link. (If you can't sign in, you'll need to contact customer service.)
