Hi, so I bought the 2014 PHB in order to play a Divination Wizard in a campaign that i'm in. However, the only option for Arcane Tradition is Evocation still, and i'm getting really frustrated. did i just waste 30 dollars on a book i already own just so i can play in a campaign with a character i want? can someone help?

You've selected the 2024 version of the Wizard class without having access to the 2024 Player's Handbook. Make sure that "2014 Rules" is checked on the Home tab of the character builder, then go to the Class tab and change to the 2014 version of the Wizard class. You may need to scroll down to find it.
You may also want to check here under Account Entitlements to ensure they're in sync. (If not, it will give you an option to sync them manually.) https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

I'm also encountering this issue. I have access to 4 wizard subclasses after purchasing the 2014 PHB, and Divination is not one of them.

ModeratorAgain, you’ve probably selected the 2024 Wizard class. To use the 2014 School of Divination, you’d need to select the 2014 Wizard class.
