I want to put my bonus dmg from agonizing blast on a different cantrip than eldritch blast, since it states i can put i on a warlock cantrip of my choice. In addition, I cant take the feat For a second time, it is not displayed again, but it says I can.
I was also hoping to assign the dmg to a cantrip I learned with the pact of the tome feat which is also not possible and I wanted to know if this is all a bug, or something that is not supposedd to be a thing.

It's definitely a bug. It's been reported in here many times and I certainly hope they're aware of it by now. We haven't been given any official word on when or if it might be fixed, as far as I know.
