Humblewood Character Options Not Available in 2024 Ruleset Character Builder

When using the 2024 ruleset I can no longer find the Scofflaw, or, other Humblewood subclasses available in the character builder. When looking at the book in the marketplace it seems to be compatible with the new 2024 5e rulesets. Is this a bug, or, is this setting no longer compatible with 2024 ruleset?
