Ftr 2/Brd 3 has 2 attack Actions

I have a level 2 Fighter with Two Weapon Fighting and 2 Bard. Dueling wielding Scimitars (Nick/Light). Under Actions, It says, "Attacks per Action: 1" and under Bonus Actions "Attack Scimitar". Wait for it. When I click the drop down to add 1 more level of bard (3 total) for character level 5, Actions changes to, "Attacks per Action: 2". Forget about the dual wielding, light, nick,  TWF for a moment and just concentrate on attack actions changing from 1 to 2 by adding one more level of bard. Is the bug at 2/2 on levels or is the bug appearing at 2/3 on levels?

It changed as soon as I clicked level 3 bard, before choosing the subclass.
