Subclass options disappeared in the character builder menu

I leveled my character up to lvl 3 upon completing our recent campaign and the subclass options appeared available for my character.
I started reviewing all of the options, there were 4 subclass options:
   Beast Maester, Gloom stalker, Fey Wanderer, and Hunter
After reviewing the options and stats my options disappeared.
Now the only subclass option available to me is Hunter.
I have tried signing out and back in, resetting my devices, closing the browsers, trying it on the mobile app, as well as resetting my class level with no success.

I think it is a bug but unsure if there is a way that I can resolve it
