I have a level 4 barbarian with GWM using a Greataxe. Stregth bonus is added correctly to damage in D&DBeyond, and if I toggle Rage on it's also added, but the +2 proficiency bonus due to GWM isn't - am I doing it wrong, or is it a bug?

There have been several threads about this; D&D Beyond does not support adding conditional damage modifiers to rolls like that. Keep in mind that the extra damage from Great Weapon Master only applies to an attack made as part of the Attack action on your turn, and D&D Beyond doesn't have a way to distinguish what kind of attack you're making when you click the button to roll the damage. It's something you have to keep track of yourself.
