Purchased GRIM HALLOW PLAYERS PACK and none of the player class options are showing up in the character maker. Is this normal or a bug that needs to be fixed?

Are you using the 2014 or 2024 version of the class you've selected? They're essentially separate classes in D&D Beyond, and the third-party subclasses generally are only available for the 2014 ones.
i just bought the CR book and it won't let me pick the class I bought. I have made sure I have legacy checked and I have refreshed a handful of times. I have access to the book but no subclasses.

I want to use the 2014 class. I bought the book expecting to be able to build the character.
You've likely selected the 2024 class by mistake. Make sure you have enabled 2014 content in the Home tab of the character builder (check the "2014 Core Rules" box) then go to the Class tab and change your class to the 2014 version of whatever class you want. You may need to scroll down to find it.
I can't access and add my 2014 spells to my 2024 character class. It was before, but stopped working today. It only gives me the option to add 2024 spells, eventhough I have the legacy option turned on in addition to 2024 and extension.
Also it won't let me add the optional features from Tasha's.

Do you own Tasha's and/or the 2014 PHB? Or do you only have access to them through content sharing?
If it's the latter, you can only use that content on a character that's actually in the campaign that has content sharing on.
Yes,I own both and I'm Master Tier Subscription if that matters.
Which specific spell(s) are you having trouble with? Keep in mind that characters with a 2024 class can't use the old versions of spells that have been updated for 2024. They should still be able to use those that haven't been updated.
I was trying to add the old Enhance Ability and Inflict Wounds to my Life Domain Cleric, and I did just change this over to a 2024 class but I could have sworn it still allowed for me to choose the old 2014 spells on some of my other 2024 class characters. I gotta say I don't love them taking away my ability to build my characters how I want. I just wish I could actively pull from both sources without fail.

I certainly understand the frustration there, but this is not an issue with D&D Beyond; it's an issue with the 2024 rules themselves, which do clearly state that you're not allowed to do that.
If your DM is willing to allow it, you can always use D&D Beyond's homebrew tools to make copies of the old spells that work with the new classes.
Thanks for the advice. Looks like I will probably have to go this route.
I noticed that for the Optional Class Features, but alot of them like Divine Harness got left behind. You'd think if both 2014 and 2024 are still both 5e then you shouldn't have any problems incorporating the old 2014 phb abilities and expanded books abilities that were untouched into your character sheet. Hopefully, they'll do a Sage Advice or something for things they've missed, had a typo,or remain unaddressed.

It's still not allowing me to see or chose the blood domain
Okay, so just to be clear, have you done all of these things?
If so, can you tell me exactly what subclass options you do see?
It is now working. Thank you

You can make a homebrew copy of any 2014 spell and adjust its availability to include the 2024 classes, though.
The Optional Class Features are also not available on the 2024 classes (in many cases, those features have been added into the class itself).

Thanks. Looks like that will have to be the case as my dm did allow it given they changed the spells.
Legacy versions of at least some weapons is missing. There is no legacy version of the Lance, for example
It is still there in the 2014 PHB weapons table with its old stats as well as the lance version of the Weapon of Warning
But in the character creator, despite referencing the 2014 PHB and being labelled 'Legacy' the Weapon of Warning still shows 2024 Lance stats
