I bought the master tier subscription on my iPhone and was trying to access the subscription and features that come with it on the dndbeyond site on desktop. When I click the "my subscription" option (which has a blue icon next to it) from the drop down menu, the link redirects me to a dndbeyond page where I am signed out of my account and it only has purchase options listed.
The "sign in" button in the top right corner is nonfunctional.
When I click one of the free trial buttons, I am taken to a page that says the account has to be managed through apple. Cool, that makes sense because I originally signed up for the account subscription with apple pay on my phone. All the apple page tells me is that I have a premium subscription that I am paying for, indicating that everything should be working as it should.
I put in a request ticket and was told
Please delete all cookies and clear the cache of your internet browser.
Some browser extensions can cause issues with logging in, so please turn off all extensions.
Anti-virus programs and browsers have built-in pop-up blockers. Please check those settings and make sure DnDBeyond.com is whitelisted.
Attempt to access the site from another device, browser, or incognito window if possible.
Please also make sure you are accepting third-party cookies.
None of that worked. I heard that sometimes apple can take a while to process and update with DND Beyond, so I waited. And waited. My monthly subscription renewed in 3 days and I have still been unable to access any of the premium features. So I canceled the membership through apple, linked an additional account to my dnd beyond account (my google account) and then unlinked the apple account associated with the account. After deleting the apple account from dnd beyond and having canceled the subscription, I went back to dndbeyond to sign up for a premium membership through google instead.
It still says I have to go through apple. This is so frustrating, support was very little help and I'm not sure what to do at this point. I don't want to delete my entire account and start over because I have campaigns, characters, and purchased content on here. What do I do?
