I got an email saying my subscription had failed to process and my account was on hold. The email included a link to "Reactivate Your Subscription." Unfortunately, this link seems dead - it takes me to a page that just says "Couldn't Collect Payment" and links only to "Cancel Subscription" and "Customer Support" (which is next to useless - it's just a searchable database - there is no actual customer support there).
Trying to go to "Subscribe" from my user menu on the top right leads me to the Subscription page, but this then takes me back to this same "Couldn't Collect Payment" page.
This is a classic "Take my money" scenario: I want to renew my subscription, but the website is simply not allowing me.
I had the same issue happen to me this morning, I also am unable to purchase anything on the marketplace with a Credit Card, I even tried a different one and it wouldn't take it.
