I have (now two after testing stuff) an encounter "built" that refuses to delete, and is taking up one of the 8 encounters that i can have built on the free subscription??

Its labeled as "Untitled Encounter" like greyed out like it does when you don't name the encounter. I shows its a "deadly" encounter but if I click to view the encounter it just endlessly loads, though I can click edit and go in and edit it. Which it still has no monsters in it or anything and its like a fully new encounter. I can change stuff, label it and it saves, but itll just save as a separate encounter and this undeletable "Untitled Encounter" is still there. I tried just clicking edit and saving it but now i have TWO untitled and undeletable encounters... this is INCREDIBLY frustrating!

It wasn't nearly as big of a deal when I was subbed but I've been debating if I should resub or not and now its a massive problem.

EDIT: Since posting I have just resubbed because this is frustrating tbh and I would like to built another encounter...BUT the second undeletable blank encounter and since disappeared? just closed and reopened the encounter builder and it was gone. But the original one is still there, and honestly has been for like months so....
