So I have a master tier subscription and opened a new campaign with content sharing enabled but for some reason a player isn't being shown all available content.
-he used the website
-went through the invite link
-has all the options for content checked
-used a laptop not a phone
Is there any reason this is happening and how do I fix?
His character was created through the invite link and assigned to the campaign
He is trying to make a leonin monk and didn't see leonin as an option at all and only one subclass for the monk but when I went into his profile as the dm I could choose leonin and see multiple subclass options
I'm guessing either that your subscription expired (you can check the status here) or that you've already enabled Content Sharing in five others campaigns (the maximum). If it's the latter, you can either disable it for one of your existing campaigns or get another subscriber in the campaign to enable it.

Can you have him check here to see if his account entitlements are in sync?
https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Is his character assigned to that campaign?
Do you have a specific example of something he’s unable to see?

Then yeah, probably the entitlements.

As of 8:00am this morning I have lost all sharing privileges in our campaign as well. Is this a company wide change?
