Am I missing something? I know I can select this subclass with the 2014 druid cause I own the right source book. But for the 2024 druid, my understanding is that Circle of Stars was added to the Core rule book which is something I also own (is being shared with me, not sure if that matters).
For barbarian, I can select the new world tree subclass which was also added to the cores and not included in the free rules, but not circle of stars. Please help if you can, much appreciated.
What is the best way to check how it's shared? In the mobile app I just see "Shared with Me" when the check the library, and on the desktop website, I'm able to view it as if I owned it.
Books are shared through your campaigns. You can check My Campaigns to see which ones say "Content Sharing Enabled By [User]". If there's more than one, you'd have to talk to those groups to find out who has the PHB.

The TCOE version of Circle of Stars works only for the 2014 Druid. For the 2024 Druid, you need the 2024 PHB.
Additionally, shared character options can be used only inside the campaign that's sharing it. Is your character assigned to that campaign?
