I wanted to ask the community if anyone else had any issues with not receiving their 2025 Monster Manual that they purchased in the 2024 Bundle.
I ordered the 3 Physical Book and 3 Digital Book Bundle back on July 14th. The total was 152.45 with tax. I was charged on my credit card $72.21 on July 15th, $40.12 on September 11th, and 40.12 on November 5th. I have received the physical books of the Players Handbook & Dungeon Master's Guide along with the 3 Digital Book Versions. I received an email on February 21st that my order was canceled but I had already paid for all the bundle. I have sent a request into dndbeyond and they came back with a sorry that my order has been cancelled but I will need to buy the book again. I have replied to the email advising full payment and showed proof of the charges.
Has anyone else had an issue with receiving their book as well?
I also had the issue with the DMG getting the cancellation email but it was resolved with the 2nd email saying they made an error with saying it was cancelled when it wasn't.
The remaining cost for each physical book is charged when the book is ready to ship, which is why there were two $40.12 charges when the PHB and DMG shipped. Typically in that situation, a coupon is sent by email that would let you reorder at the original discounted price (i.e. $40.12). If you have not received any such email or have any questions about your specific order, then you’ll have to discuss that with customer service.
I think one confusing thing about this is when the bundle is in the cart it shows the discount applying to the digital items only. When in fact it is spread proportionally across all items when charged to your card. Essentially each digital book is ~22.49 + tax and physical books are ~37.49 + tax when actually charged to your card. This is from spreading the $60 discount across all items.
It looks like it should charge you for digital goods at $10 each + another full price charge for each book but it doesn't. This could be clearer in the checkout process but the math should work out still.
Sounds like they might have messed up your order/receipt somehow around the time they sent you the DMG cancellation email. The price of the full bundle in July 2024 was $179.97 USD (same as current marketplace price spamandtuna linked) - a bunch of other forum posts confirm this pricing around that time.
You'll probably have to wait for customer support to help resolve it - from what I've seen prior they've given people a discount coupon for the inconvenience (ofc can't guarantee this) and people have had to place the order for missing books again.

@spamandtuna, I am not sure what you are referring to but here are my details I see on dndbeyond under My Account for the 2024 Bundle
On my receipt when I purchased the bundle, it shows:
Order Summary
Subtotal: $142.47
Shipping Cost: $6.99
Shipping Discount: -$6.99
Sales Tax: $9.98
Total: $152.45
Under this, it shows all (3) Digital Books and all (3) Physical Books.
I paid $72.21 on 7/18/24, 40.12 on 9/11/24, and 40.12 on 11/5/24. This totals: 152.45
