Those feats currently only allow 2014 cantrips to be selected, so none of them will be displayed if you have "2014 Core Rules" disabled. (I've let the devs know this came up again, though.)

When choosing a Silverquill student background (sorcerer 2024), I can't choose cantrips. They just don't show up in the dropbox.
I tried to select cantrips through Firefox, Google Chrome and through the application. Same behavior everywhere.
Firefox: 135.0.1 (64-bit)
Chrome Version: 133.0.6943.142 (Official build), (64 bit)
