I own Tasha’s Couldron of everything and both PHB’s digitally but somehow when I make a ranger either with 2024 or 2014 build every single archetype BUT swarmkeeper shows up. Anybody know if this is a universal 'bug’ atm or if it’s just me?
Do you have Expanded Rules enabled for that character?
When you say you own it, does that mean you purchased it yourself? If it’s shared with you instead, is your character assigned to the campaign that’s sharing it?

If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Does it show TCOE there under Current Product Licenses?
