I think there is an error in the character creation screen when choosing the wizard class along with the evoker subclass. Within the possibilities for the spell selections of the evocation savant perk numerous spells are listed which do not restrict to the wizard spell list nor to the evocation property of this spell list. For example moonbeam or prayer of healing is available for selection.

Within the possibilities for the spell selections of the evocation savant perk numerous spells are listed which do not restrict to the wizard spell list nor to the evocation property of this spell list.
