There seems to be an issue with creating homebrew for Warlocks that has something to do with the description box. For some reason, when you make a description, it keeps saying that it does not have the necessary class features. This has not gone away even when using a description from general content. I tested this out on a copy of official subclasses, without changing anything except adding a description, and it did the same thing.
I there anyone who can look into this? it's driving me nuts!
I can't help you with the actual issue, but I can perhaps render it moot
Do you actually need to publish it?
Your homebrew is shared with your groups as long as it's in your collection. Publishing it shares it with the rest of the site, and you can't edit it or delete it once you publish it.
I know people in my campaigns can assess it, but i LIKE to share my creations for use. Plus, is this still a problem if people want to share legacy warlock subclasses because they can't publish it. It seems to be a recent problem because from what i can see, people could still share as of December.

For a while there's been a bug where the thing that checks whether you have features at the right levels is checking both sets of levels (the 2014 set and the 2024 set) regardless of which version of the class you're making the subclass for.
In practice this only ends up being an issue for classes that used to get their subclass selection before level 3 (Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard) because the other classes use the same set of levels in both versions.
Until it gets properly fixed, one workaround that seems to help in most cases is adding a "dummy" feature at the level(s) where the other class version would have one.
