I’ve just bought Valdas Spire of Secrets but only 2 of the races and a couple of the spells are available in the character builder. All the new classes and subclasses are unavailable. os this something that they are updating day to day or is it designed for paper characters sheet building?
Valda's Spire of Secrets is only available as a player pack on DnD Beyond Marketplace, the player pack does not contain the 10 classes, other races/species or most of the spells featured in the book from the Mage Hand Press website. This pack also only contains a handful of subclasses that are in the book but not in the player pack
I also made this mistake after purchasing the PDF from their site thinking I'd gain the classes and 130+ spells too if I bought it here.

ModeratorThe book only has two races, and no new classes. Not sure what you think is missing there.
The subclasses work only on the 2024 classes. If you’ve selected a 2014 class, they won’t be available.

There is a copy I checked online first before purchasing that has 6 subclasses for each standard class as well as about 8 new classes and 4 races.
That’s what I thought I was missing out on
Have you leveled the characters you built to 3rd level yet? The subclasses become available at 3rd level.

Why isn’t it available? Are there any other websites that you can make a character on that has the full thing?
Simple answer: The publisher didn't make it available, for one reason or another. Ask them.
I saw the Finger Gun spell on DnDBeyond 2 weekends ago. Now I don't. Anyone else having this issue?
I think the logic is that Valda's is so massive that they want to sell it piecemeal in order to ease up on workload.
