Triple checked it. Content Sharing and other settings are correct. Homebrew is selected and homebrewed Bard Colleges are not showing up as options for created characters to select.
Something to keep in mind is that D&D Beyond has two versions of the Bard class (the 2014 one and the 2024 one) and a homebrew subclass can only be attached to one or the other of them, not both. If you made your homebrew subclass for the 2014 version but selected the 2024 version of the class for your character (or vice versa) then that subclass won't show up.
No that's definitely not the problem and here's where it gets really weird.. when I select my other puchashed partnered content. None of that is showing up either as options
It needs to be in your My Homebrew Collection (or your character needs to be assigned to a campaign where someone else has it in their My Homebrew Collection).
You need Homebrew enabled for that character.
The class icon at the top of the subclass page needs to match the one selected during character creation. They'd need to both show or both show .

And I have NOT purchased the 2024 core rules.
You might not have purchased the 2024 core rules, but you do have access to the 2024 Free Rules (because everyone does) so you still may have chosen the 2024 Bard class by mistake. This is consistent with your partnered content not being available, as most subclasses from partnered content only work with the 2014 classes.
Make sure that "2014 Core Rules" is checked on the Home tab of the character builder, then go to the Class tab and check which version of the class you have selected. The 2014 version has an icon of a lute on a light purple background. The 2024 version has a lyre on a darker purple background. You can also look for the class feature "Song of Rest" at level 2, which is only on the 2014 version.
If you've selected the 2024 version, remove it and choose the 2014 version instead. You may need to scroll down to find it.
So here it gets weirder again. I switched my class to the 2024 version.. checked.. then switched to back to the 2014 and lo and behold.. They All all showed up.
