Like you can see in the title I've created a level 3 mastermaker artificer (https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/1258928-mastermaker) and for whatever reason thunderous smite doesn't get added to the prepared spells even though it should be there. It can't be because the book isn't shared through the campaign the character is asigned to because the spell is from the PHB and other things from PHB work perfectly. From the subclass details page it seems it's like that with every smite in the spells table that get added to your prepared spells through the subclass.
I really hope that you can help me with the problem or tell me a way to work arround it. I'll attatch some screenshots below:
The table you've shown is just a description. It doesn't actually add any spells to the sheet. To do that, you'll want to add the spells in the "Additional Specific Spells" field, under "Basic Information". You'll need to own the spell yourself to use it in the homebrew system, though.
Just so I understand you correctly (First time using D&D beyond) do I have to go to Basic Information and then Additional Specific Spells in the character or in the class? And where can I find it? (Can't find it at least in character editor) And if the table doesn't add spells why did they correctly add Absorb Elements? This is how the table looks in the subclass details (there you can see that all spells are linked except the smites):

You’ll need to edit the subclass itself. Basic Information is on the first page and includes things like the subclass’s name and description.
The blue text in that last screenshot is from using tooltips. It’s just a fancy link to the spell. It doesn’t add anything to your character sheet. More info on tooltips here:
