Problem Currently, if you equip and attune to the Axe of the Dwarvish Lords, you will gain the +3 attack/damage to ALL your weapons. Creating a homebrew made from this item, I can see it's been defined as Bonus-Melee Attacks-3
Solution The melee attack bonus should be replaced with a simple Magic +3 bonus so it applies to attack/damage of this weapon and this weapon alone
