2024 Elven (Wood) Fighter seems to be showing Legacy spells even though Legacy and 2014 options are turned off. Unchecking Expanded Rules made no difference.
That's because the Wood Elf Magic feat assigns the legacy spells. You could make a homebrew copy of the feat and swap its spells if you want to use the newer versions.
