I'm trying to start a new campaign after just buying Players Handbook and the Hero Subscription, but the players aren't able to access it. I looked in my subscriptions and see that Shared Content has an X next to it. Is there a way to fix this? Is it a thing with the Free Trial I'm on?
You need the master tier to share content. The subscription comparisons show the Master Tier as 'All Hero Tier benefits, plus: Share purchased content with friends' and the content sharing section of the chart further down the page has an X where the feature is not available and checkbox where it is.
Found out the reason! I subscribed on mobile Which has Hero on right and Master on left, while I was under the mindset of the website's way of showing it (Hero on left and Master on right.) It also shows Hero having a gold look on mobile while on the website it shows Master having the gold look.
