I can't make a purchase because it asks for my address, but it's simply not in the system and it says it's incorrect (I can't leave the field blank, it's required) I'm from Kazakhstan from Kaskelen (small city near Almaty)

What do you mean by “it’s simply not in the system”? What specifically are you not able to find, and where are you looking?
