It is. As I stated in the first post, the generic version that you've taken a screenshot of is available, but the specific versions are not. Click for instance on the Club text and you'll see.
Just chiming in to confirm: The individual weapon versions are locked behind purchase, it's only the generic "Vicious Weapon" that shows up for everyone. Also tested in a Private Window (Firefox) without logging in.

Ah fair, I only saw the title of the post and someone saying it was still happening when I was looking at the item myself.
